Charleen Potter, Old Biddy

B: In early 1994, a letter appeared in the Bloomington Herald-Times from one Charleen Potter, decrying ROX. She said our show was “filthy” and “blatantly anti-Christian,” and she complained about “non-stop profanity,” “drunkenness,” “lewd and immoral behavior” and, strangely enough, “glorification of violence.”

Now it can be revealed: I wrote that letter myself. Yes, Charleen Potter was a name I just made up.
