First Nonce Cocktail

B: The Kentucky Heifer is notable as J's first “nonce cocktail,” a drink invented for the occasion. You won't find this recipe in any other bartending guide, because J just made it up on the spot for ROX #8, our “Special Mish-Mosh Episode.” As time went on, J invented drinks more often, until eventually traditional libations were the exception rather than the norm.
